Not to get my long time friend in any trouble with his boss I informed him that I would be dealing with Spike and for him to tell his boss I went elsewhere to spend my money. Never meeting anyone from Spike or really ever hearing about them, Hugh and John steeped up to the plate and gave me a super good deal! Talking to my contact at Nelson's later in the day he informed me that Steadman's owner called the owner of Nelson's and ripped on him for selling things under what they should. (Keep in mind I never heard of Spike) So, my son and I decided to reach out to Spike and find out what they could do for us. This is where the story gets good! During our visit at Steadmans the salesman was blasting away at Spike Polaris for selling things way below what they should. Talking with my contact at Nelson he assured me that he could save me another 500 dollars and could pull a unit from one of their other dealerships. After visiting with Steadman's and trying to make a deal we felt that the price was not right. My normal dealership Nelson Fast Track in Heber did not.
